Yoga classes focus on body awareness, breathing and relaxation. Stretching and strengthening the body. Improves balance, coordination and flexibilty, reduces pain and lessens fatigue.
Yoga promotes wellness, releases emotional tension and calms the mind. You don't even need to be flexible, just be open to the possibility.
So, smile, breathe and join in!

All levels welcome to this intimate gathering of practioneers of this calming, toneing, and unifying exercise.
$10 per class, walk-ins welcome.

Sat. Mornings 11:00AM at the Spa

Chair Yoga Classes, Open even to those in Wheelchairs. Anyone can feel better through rythmic motion regardless of physical ability.Taught by Susan, a certified yoga teacher, who is also a nurse!

$8.00 Class or $25 per month.
